da stake casino: Jose Mourinho’s new era at Old Trafford is soon to begin.
da esport bet: Expectation and hope will be high after the disappointment of Louis Van Gaal’s reign and also that of David Moyes.
The Manchester United faithful now have their wish for someone who is a big enough name to take the country’s biggest club forward rather than see it stagnate and decline, as has happened over the last two or three years.
Mourinho will be scouting the world for the best players that he can buy with his reported £250m war chest. Eric Bailly is already in and others will follow, in what will become a revolving door of in’s and out’s at Old Trafford this summer.
The Portuguese has contacts and influence, along with his agent Jorge Mendes, to bring the best talent to the famous old club. What he doesn’t have is Champions League football, but he does possess the charm to buy the right personnel to get him there.
So, instead of looking around for players outside of the UK and hoping it works out, could Jose buy within the Premier League, and who might he consider?
Here are FIVE suggestions that, if all come off, could hand Jose Mourinho yet another Premier League title to his name…
Romelu Lukaku
The big Belgian striker has made it clear that he wants to leave Goodison Park, but The Toffees have slapped a massive £65m on their main man.
New Chelsea Boss, Antonio Conte was interested in bringing Lukaku back to Stamford Bridge, but he will not pay over the odds.
Apparently, Lukaku would jump at the chance to link up with his former manager and his stock may well increase if Belgium have a good European Championship.
John Stones
Jose wants to lure Everton’s central defender John Stones, who he tried to sign at Stamford Bridge, to Old Trafford as he bids to strengthen the spine of the United team.
Stones would cost about £45m, while an alternative might be Raphael Varane, whose fee would be £35m from Real Madrid.
However, Mourinho is a fan of the England defender who had a less than auspicious season with Everton. Stones likes to collect the ball and play out from the back.
It was this style of play that got him into trouble as he lost the ball in vital areas. Under Mourinho’s guidance, Stones could be the star that everyone expects.
Nemanja Matic
Matic is one player Mourinho would like at Old Trafford, the esteem with which the new manager holds him in is no secret.
The admiration was there well before the Portuguese made sure Chelsea would re-sign the central midfielder months after he returned to Stamford Bridge for a second spell in 2013.
However, surplus to requirements at Stamford Bridge, the Serb would crawl to Old Trafford to join up with his former manager.
The defensive midfielder is just what Mourinho needs and it is said believed Matteo Darmian has been offered to Chelsea as part of the deal.
N’Golo Kante
The Leicester sensation is another Premier League star destined for bigger things, and Mourinho would love to take the Frenchman to Old Trafford.
The Special One wants Kante to add resilience and energy to United’s midfield after a disappointing season, but the 25-year-old has no shortage of admirers since his transfer last summer for £5.6m from Caen.
Mourinho has the cash to trigger the £22m release clause and despite Leicester playing in the Champions League this season, Kante will feel that United could meet his overall aspirations.
Harry Kane
In two seasons, Kane has been runner-up to Sergio Aguero and overall golden boot winner last season.
Tottenham will do all they can to hold onto their prize assetwhen the big clubs come knocking, but the club may find the young striker’s head turning.
It’s entirely possible that he would win far more honours in the red shirt of United than the white of Spurs, but Kane is ambitious and will want to start collecting titles and trophies.
Under Mourinho, he may feel that could be achievable, but he could cost Manchester United a small fortune to prize him away.
His power, pace, energy and clinical finishing are just what United need to complete Mourinho’s jigsaw.
